Emmaus Church Council
Emmaus Church leaders who directed the formation of Emmaus Justice Initiative for Racial Reconciliation.
The Mission statement of the initiative is to organize a series of events and learning opportunities in response to racial injustice so that Emmaus can sit with Jesus to hear how He is calling us, as individuals and as a church, to growth, to repentance and engagement in new actions in light of His Gospel.

NorthSTAR
Northfield Strives Toward Anti-Racism
A group of Northfield High School alumni from the classes of 2012-2018. Their mission is to create a school environment that is supportive, inclusive and values the experiences of all students and staff at Northfield High School. NorthSTAR raises awareness and plans actions around antiracist initiatives by collecting stories about experiences with racism in the schools. NorthStar meets with the Northfield School Superintendent and district administration, School Board, Black Student Union, and Latina mothers in the community.

Neighbors United along with other groups in Northfield (listed above) work to bring visibility to large immigrant and low-income communities in Northfield. Areas of focus include: Housing, Transportation, Inclusion and Equity, Education, Financial learning, and Cultural activities.
