SOUP Group (Supportive Opportunities for Understanding Parenting) is a fellowship and encouragement group for families with children from birth to 4 years. We meet on the 2nd Thursday of each month from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Emmaus with our families (your whole family is invited).
We have a warm meal, a guest speaker, nursery care for the little one’s after dinner and time for the adults (dads in one room, moms in another) to discuss life with young kids.
For more information contact Kim Decker [firstname.lastname@example.org] or call Susan Quinnell at Emmaus (507-645-9480).
Come to the Table
Once a month, often on Wednesday evenings, the folks at Emmaus share a meal together. Watch the calendar or bulletin for the next Come to the Table gathering!
To support some special occasions (such as after the birth of a new baby, or after a recent hospitalization or illness or the death of a close family member). Emmaus arranges for a few home-cooked meals to be provided. To notify the church of a needs, contact the church office (507-645-9480) or Christie Balster (651-271-2383).
